Exploring the Magical World and Visionary Art of Rosaleen Norton

An interesting documentary about Australia’s most notorious Witch: Rosaleen Norton. She’s a perfect example of how there were definitely witches out there who had come to their Craft completely independent from and around the same time as Gerald Gardner.

My only criticism of this documentary is that it would have been nice to have a real human narrator rather than a computer-generated one.

The Golden Bough: A Study of Magic and Religion by James George Frazer (EPUB)

The classic text on mythology, folklore, religion, and magic first published around 1890 in multiple volumes — it’s actually a whole encyclopedia set on the topic.  This document is a popular single-volume edition.
